Q. Are all your castles new?
A. Yes, we only stock the latest models. We regularly post photos of our castles on Facebook, so everyone can see the condition they are in. Go to the top of each page and click on the link. Our customers post reviews too, so you can determin if you are dealing with a professional company or not. We have also written Blog Posts to assist new hirers to make a more informed decision.

Q. Are your castles good quality?
A. Yes we only source our castles from the best manufacturers in the world. A castle hired from us will more than deliver in all areas. There are alot of companies buying cheap knock off castles made by chinese copy wholesalers. The artwork is not as crisp and looks ‘wrong’. We do not do this as your child does not deserve to be compramised on their special day. These photos and memories are a valuable part of their childhood and we do not mess with that.

Q. Are you an ethical business?
A. Yes. We operate 7 days a week . We must look after our customers in the most professional way as this is our only form of income. The poor service stories you hear out there are usually due to the people who work full time mid week and do this as a cash on the weekend type business – if they can be bothered. We get calls from these people’s customers nearly every weekend when they decide they ‘ can’t be bothered’ and cancel on their customers. Booking with us ensures a smooth, trouble free hire experience.

Q. What payment options do you accept?
A. We accept VISA, MasterCard, Eftpos and Cash payments.

Q. What are the differences between the models “Jumps” and “Combo”?
A. “Jumps” are more of a traditional style of jumping castle whereas the “Combo” has more features and is built to be more interactive with a built in slide, basketball hoop and jumping area. The fully enclosed Combo castles are also a wet or dry slide. The roof is perfect protection from the hot sun as well as drizzling rain in winter.

Q. How much are the costs to hire jumping castles?
A. Refer to our castles page for the full list of prices.

Q. Do I pay cash?
A. Payment is in cash only on the day of set up to the delivery driver. Credit card payments are processed in our office.

Q. Are you insured?
A. YES, we have $20,000,000.00 Public Liability insurance.

Q. Is there a delivery fee to my area?
A. Delivery is free in the Sydney Metro areas. Outside of these areas a delivery fee may apply. Please contact us to discuss.

Q. How much space is required for the jumping castle?
A. Most of our castles will fit on a 6m x 7m area and at least 5m in height but you can check each castles dimensions by clicking on the description page or by calling on 9484 3095.

Q. Can I place the jumping castle on any type surface?
A. Almost any type of surface, as long as there is NOT much of a slope or stones.

Q. Will you be able to deliver and set up the jumping castle into my backyard/Venue?
A. We will have NO problems delivering and setting up if you have at least 90cm clearance between the access path. If there are any obstructions such as air-con, water heaters, etc then an additional charge may apply.

Q. Will the jumping castle be delivered and set up before the party starts?
A. Depending of the arrangements made, in some cases we may need to deliver the jumping castle earlier than your party starts (at NO additional charge), but in most cases our staff will deliver 30 min prior to your starting time.

Q. How far does the castle need to be from any walls, tree branches or nearby structures?
A. A minimum of 50cm to 100cm back and sides and a minimum of100cm to 150cm for the front.

Q. Does the castle need to stay up the whole time?
A. Only whilst in use. If you prefer to switch it off when NOT in use you may. The jumping castle will take less than a few minutes to re-inflate.

Q. Does the jumping castle require continuous supervision?
A. YES somebody over the age of 18 yrs old will need to supervise at all times for the kids safety. If required we can provide adult supervision for $35.00 per hour.

Q. Can we keep the jumping castle for longer?
A. YES you can for an additional fee of $25.00 per hour.

Q. How many children can be on the jumping castle at the one time?
A. Our jumping castles hold between 8 to 15 children all under the age of 12 yrs. The responsible adult supervising the children will also need to make sure an appropriate mix of children are on the castle at any given time.

Q. Do the jumping castles have any type of rain and sun cover?
A. YES all our jumping castles have shower and sun covers. The indoor / outdoor range does not have a roof cover.

Q. Are your jumping castles clean and in good condition?
A. YES, our castles are clean and in good condition when delivered to your home/venue.We spend our time during the week maintaining and cleaning our castles. Our castles are then only transported in late model fully enclosed vans and not trailers or utes.

Q. Are we responsible for any damage or cleaning of the castle after use?
A. YES you are responsible for any damage to the castle caused by misuse and you will be charged for the cost of the repair. You also need to ensure that the castle is cleaned prior to pick up. You will be charged a fee of $100.00 if our staff need to clean the jumping castle after you.

Q. What are the basic guidelines to avoid damage or staining your jumping castles?
A. Avoid bringing anything that may cause damage or mess, such as: Shoes, sharp objects, streamers, silly strings, children with face painting, food and drinks. All of these things will damage the castle in some way (staining or tearing the vinyl). Please be very careful as you will be charged for the cost of any cleaning or repairs.

Q. Can the jumping castle be set up in a public/park?
A. YES only for kid’s parties, provided you get council approval. We can set up within 5m (16 feet) from where all the guests are sitting. If there is NO power, there will be an additional charge of $80.00 for a generator per booking to run the jumping castle.

Q. Do you hire out on public holidays?
A. YES, we do hire out on public holidays. A surcharge will apply, due to our staff being paid penalty rates.
